Manuel Alejandro Durán Mieses is the CEO and founder of Mad Plug Sound LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico. With a Master's degree in Music Technology from NYU and a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology from Kent State University, Manuel has accumulated over five years of experience in the recording industry. Through his studio, he has collaborated with various artists, writing, recording, mixing, and mastering songs. He has also gained experience as a multimedia intern at Indaba Music in New York City, where he edited samples for a large online library and evaluated songs for music contests. Additionally, Manuel worked as a video editing marketing intern at Music Works Studio, executing video edits for a crowdfunding campaign. Beyond his work in music, Manuel is launching a sustainable t-shirt line for music fans. His passion for music and technology, combined with his commitment to sustainability, reflects his dedication to the independent music community and the vibrant urban Latin culture.
